A seasoned professional with a master's degree in real estate investment from Cass Business School in London, Timo Kipp has been an active presence in the commercial real estate market of South East Florida. Since 2004, he has served as a principal at Whalou Properties. In this capacity, he leverages his business acumen and market experience to identify growth opportunities in the market, purchase and improve commercial properties toward this goal, and generate revenue through leases.

Under Mr. Kipp's leadership in 2010, Whalou Properties acquired the Mayfair in Coconut Grove, Miami. Mayfair is a commercial property located in an area neglected by retailers. Through Mr. Kipp's foresight and investment acumen, this property has become a prime asset in one of Miami Dade's most exclusive neighborhoods.

Timo Kipp holds several patents, which reflect a diverse range of interests and contributions. One of his patented products is a two-embodiment tamper detection technology. Outside of his professional endeavors, he finds solace in hobbies like caring for Koi fish and exploring the ocean through scuba diving.
